The main model in our offer DK WASH Grating 220. It is drive-thru type wheel washer which allows to clean vehicles with a width of 2.8 m (optionally up to 3.5 m). The real length of the cleaning area is 8 meters. Grating 220 is placed in the foundations but it can be also used as a portable device. This model is suitable for majority of applications with the exception of removal of extreme dirt (e.g. clay).
A similar solution is mobile wheels washer DK-G03EX. It can be placed directly on the ground. The principle of operation is the same as for the DK WASH Grating 220 but its efficiency is smaller (about 150 trucks per day). DK-G03 is used when dirt on vehicles is not heavy (sand, dust).
BRIDGE washers (with a length of 4 and 6 m) allow to clean vehicles at longer distance. High efficiency in contamination removing is achieved through the use of two pumps (5.5, 11 or 15 kW). They need foundations and they are available in two options – with steel tank equipped with conveyor for automatic sludge removal, and with reinforced concrete container. Implementation of this solution reduces the risk of chassis’ "blasting" and allows for sludge removal every 3-4 months by excavator. The second option is recommended when high efficiency is required (in terms of numbers of washed cars or/and heavy pollution).
Washers GEOWELL 2ROLL and 4ROLL present different solution in cleaning process. These are predicted for heavy dirt – they clean wheels axis by axis on rollers. This kind of washers also need foundation. Their capacity is estimated at the level of 100 and 250 vehicles per day.
